Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Time
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time displayed at checkout (e.g., 3-9 business days) refers to the estimated delivery time after your order has shipped. This time does not include processing time.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Shipping Rates, Destinations, and Large Orders
Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds vary by product and destination, as noted on the product pages. Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to the contiguous United States and all Canadian provinces. Large orders ship via LTL on a pallet with curb-side delivery, requiring someone to be present to receive the delivery.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any edits or cancellations.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering replacements or partial refunds.
